  • Open to Biyaheko agents with an active Terminal ID. The new agent must name you as their referrer when they apply.
  • 15% of the package fee the referred agent actually pays, after deducting 12% VAT and any ₱5,000 wallet credit included.
  • Loyalty upgrades to Master Agent or Whitelabel do not earn a referral fee, since the agent is already with Biyaheko.
  • Master Agent and Whitelabel packages earn a fixed referral fee instead: ₱50,000 for Master Agent and ₱100,000 for Whitelabel.
  • No referral fee is paid on a sale where a Biyaheko Master Franchise already earns a share.
  • Corporate Accounts do not earn a referral fee.
  • The 15% rate applies to referred agents whose full payment clears on or before December 31, 2026. Starting January 1, 2027, the referral fee is 5%.
  • Paid in cash by bank transfer, net of withholding tax, after the referred agent's full payment clears. Referral fees are not credited to your booking portal.
  • No self-referrals: no fee if you refer yourself, your own agency, or another account of yours.
  • One referral, one fee. If two agents claim the same new agent, they must agree on who gets it. If they don't agree, no fee is paid.

Who can become a Biyaheko agent?

Travel agencies and independent travel agents in the Philippines. Pick the tier that fits you: Direct Agent, Master Agent, Whitelabel or Master Franchise. Companies booking their own travel can choose a Corporate Account. Our team confirms the right fit when we review your application.

How do I join?

Watch the Join Biyaheko self-paced presentation, read the Agent Agreement and Operating Rules, pay the fee, register your agency, then upload your signed documents and proof of payment. Once you're verified and approved, you can start selling.

How much does it cost to join?

Direct Agent starts at ₱24,999, Master Agent is ₱500,000 and Whitelabel is ₱1,000,000, each for 3 years. Master Franchise is ₱2,500,000 for 3 years, or reserve your city for ₱1,000,000. Corporate Account is ₱14,999, with a ₱5,000 wallet credit, launching June 2027. Training is separate: Travelpreneur (₱24,999) and Agency Builder (₱74,999) at BK Academy.

What can I sell?

Book and buy flights, ferry, hotels and travel insurance in the BK Booking Portal. Quote tour packages and visas in BiyahekoMatik. For inbound trips or any package not yet in the app, send a request and we build it.

Do I need the Super POS to start?

No. Your package comes with the BK Booking Portal, BiyahekoMatik and training. The BiyahekoPay Super POS is optional, so you can add it when it fits your business.

What support do I get?

BK Customer Care is open Monday to Sunday, 7 AM to 2 AM. You also get BK On-Demand Training, ready-to-post marketing from BK Media, our Facebook Community and Messenger Channel, BK Supplier Spotlight and the BK Monthly Huddle.

Can I earn by referring other agents?

Yes. Until December 31, 2026, you earn 15% of the package a new agent pays, or a fixed ₱50,000 for Master Agent and ₱100,000 for Whitelabel. Starting January 1, 2027, the referral fee is 5%. Loyalty upgrades don't earn a referral fee.

I'm already a Biyaheko agent. Should I apply again?

No need. Choose "I'm already a Biyaheko agent" on the form if you want to move to a different tier or add a tool, and we'll take it from there.
